Employ HR Pro is a US consultancy that provides recruitment services and expert fractional global HR consulting to companies ranging from small businesses to global organizations of all sizes. These companies span across multiple verticals, such as SaaS vendors, manufacturing and healthcare. Employ HR Pro also provides US employment law compliance services to companies with employees based in the US, covering a wide range of HR processes.

This means that Employ HR Pro is running many projects at once for lots of customers. These may involve regular processes which must be done on time, and reliably, or the projects may be commissions, such as hiring and selecting staff.

BDQ reviewed the processes at Employ HR Pro, to determine the best way of automating them within Asana. Employ HR Pro takes customer satisfaction very seriously, and will accommodate the needs of individual clients. This leads to the following challenges:

• Employ HR Pro needed an efficient and consistent way of executing the per-client tailored processes.
