Advanced Roadmaps for Jira

• Duration

  3 hour live classroom session or remote including hands-on exercises. Attendees must have access to a computer and the Internet.

• Objectives

  After attending this course, attendees should be able to:

  • Create Plans from Projects, Boards and/or Filters
  • Create Teams and assign Capacities
  • Schedule Releases incorporating Issues from one or more Projects
  • Create and manage Dependencies, within or between Projects
  • Use Auto-schedule to automatically create a Plan based on the Jira Issue Estimates, Dependencies and Team Capacities
  • Incorporate higher levels (i.e. above Epic) into the issue Hierarchy
  • Track progress against plans
  • Create multiple planning Scenarios
  • Review sandbox changes to be incorporated back into Jira.

• Audience

  This course is designed for novice, or new Advanced Roadmaps for Jira users, and project or programme managers with Jira Software experience.

• Prerequisites

  • Ideally, attendees should have done the Jira Essentials course or have equivalent experience using Jira.

  • Project management/planning experience is assumed.

• Cost
