Effortlessly organize, sort, and download multiple attachments from Asana using BDQ's latest app

Asana software does not natively include the functionality to download multiple attachments at once. Part of this requires the ability to manage multiple digital assets, which are attached to relevant tasks. During our discovery meetings with the client, this issue was presented numerous times and it was clear that a fix would be gratefully received. So our technical experts got to work.

What is Attachment Manager for Asana?

Attachment Manager for Asana is an app that enables users to bulk download multiple attachments from Asana projects. Quickly organise, filter and sort attachments and securely download the files you need. Enhance productivity by eliminating the need to download each attachment individually.

The app extends the functionality around attachments to make it easier to manage digital assets. This will be useful if you have multiple digital assets attached to tasks, such as pictures, spreadsheets or documents.

It's now possible to preview all the attachments in a convenient list, along with the ability to organise, filter and sort the attachments. You can also quickly access the attachments from other tasks and projects from within the Attachment Manager portal. Once you have found what you want, you can make a selection, or select all, and then download.

Finally, multiple files can be downloaded from Asana in one go, as a zip file, directly from Asana to your browser. These files do not go via any BDQ Servers, and so any security concerns regarding protection or privacy can be put to rest.
