If you are currently using or thinking about migrating to Atlassian Cloud, you need to be aware that prices are increasing.
Atlassian Cloud customers, and Atlassian Server customers considering a Cloud migration, purchase, or upgrade, should be aware that Atlassian are raising their prices from 18th October 2022.
Customers will have been notified of the changes by e-mail.
Products affected
Atlassian are increasing the list price across all plans (Standard, Premium, Enterprise) by an average of 5% for:
- Jira Software
- Confluence
- Jira Service Management
Atlassian are increasing advantaged prices across Standard and Premium for:
- Jira Software
- Jira Service Management
Advantaged price plans were available to existing customers. Over time, these price plans will approach parity with current list pricing.
Why are the prices increasing?
Atlassian have released new features across their Cloud products that are focused on powerful integrations to both Atlassian and 3rd party offerings, and improved performance and security.
This pricing update is reflective of Atlassian's continued investment in their roadmap to build an easy to use, powerful platform.
Important dates
Existing and new Quotes requested before 18 October 2022 (PT) will reflect the existing pricing. New Quotes - or adjustments to existing Quotes - requested after this date will reflect the new pricing. Customers can request Quotes for renewals 90 days before the current end date.
