With the deadline for GDPR fast approaching, what can organisations do to become compliant and remain so in their future software development?

We recently ran a webinar with our partners Sonatype to explore some pragmatic solutions to the difficult problems thrown up by the upcoming change to data protection legislation.

In our previous blog post, we covered the What, Why, When, Where and Who of the upcoming EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and described the steps required to become and remain compliant with this major change to privacy regulation before the looming 25 May deadline.

In this post, we are going to expand on the How part by using the analogy of a three-course meal and describe how to serve up a solution to GDPR using Atlassian's Jira Service Desk and Confluence.

The 25 May 2018 deadline is fast approaching and time is of the essence to implement the changes required to meet the challenges of GDPR.

In this post we cover the 5Ws of GDPR (What, Why, When, Where and Who) but also cover the How of becoming compliant with the regulation.
